Just recently heard that this is a scam to get you to say "Yes" over a recorded line. Then later you get contacted from someone claiming to be collecting on a bill you owe. When you deny owing the bill, they playback your "yes" in order to make you liable for the charges. If you notice, they try to get you to say "yes" multiple times. Save youreslf the trouble and dont answer.

I hope this helps someone.
