877-520-2032: This is a phishing scam masquerading as "Comcast Security." Confirmed with Comcast representative that no one from their company called my office.
877-520-2032: Girlfriend received a voicemail on her cell from caller ID of 888-565-4329 (Comcast Customer Security Assurance) claiming to be from Comcast and to call back at 877-520-2032. We didn't call back.
877-520-2032: Just got a message from "Comcast Security" on my answering machine saying "one of my devices has a serious security vulnerability" and directing me to call 877-520-2032. Caller ID indicated the call came from 888-266-2278. I didn't return the call either.
877-520-2032: I didn't get the impression that this was phishing.
They left a V-mail with this number and and a Ticket #.
I didn't give them any information except my first name and that I was the account holder.
They said that I had a device connected to the network that was vulnerable to "heartbleed" ( a specific virus) , a WD MyCloud to be precise, and that I should check with the manufacturer and upgrade its firmware.

I checked with WD and the device was already updated.
