It was for the fast pass to see the Easter bunny at the mall and what I paid for the pictures. They really need to change the name of this. I couldn’t remember what it was like everyone else posting here till I found it on this website.

It's the FastPass to visit Santa at the Mall - -I panicked at first. They should really name it something else.

I found this charge from FastPass on my bank account. Started to panic thinking my account was being targeted so I looked up the phone number and it is actually from the Santa Pictures people. It is the $10 deposit I paid in order to "Skip the line" when I take my kids to see Santa this weekend!

Yes. Could not figure out for the life of me what this charge was for. But after visiting this site, I realized it is for the MALL SANTA PHOTOS. They really should change the call back recording.

Same as Shannon... I could not figure out for days what this charge was on debit card. Finally after cancelling card and getting a refund it was found to be for a prepaid Santa visit to skip the line. Who puts a recording of a survey to win a cruise as a call back number??? Pain in the ***

The $10 charge I had on my debit card was a mystery and then I realized it was for the Mall Santa appointment to skip the line. I'm sure others will be perplexed as the phone number take you to a survey instead of identifying the company that you might recognize. Just FYI!!

Same experience as Sam. $10 charge on my credit statement. When I called, it's an automated system prompting a survey. Card is closed and reissued.

They somehow made a charge to my credit card. When I called the number back (it was listed on my credit card statement) i just got an automated message that said i will get a free cruise if I answer a 3 question survey. I hung up, called my bank and closed that card, got refunded right away.
